Billing Issues?

If you are having billing issues, please call and\or email the MDU billing group at CenturyLink.

Please have your account number, phone number if applicable, and the last 4 digits of your social security number. The SSN digits are your account PIN and they need to have that to ensure you are an authorized representative for the account.

  What to do with your old Modem (router)

Leasing your modem? 

You MUST RETURN IT to Centurylink!! Go to for the process and to print a shipping label. 

CenturyLink will send you a notification to return your modem within 30 days if this is applicable to you. 

(Failure to return your leased modem within 30 days of connection will result in CenturyLink billing you for it.)

Own your modem? 

Door stop, paper weight, target shooting...   It's yours to do with as you please.

 How Installs are Scheduled

Connie Koontz from the Augusta Shores Technology team will call YOU when your lot is ready to be connected, to schedule an install appointment with CenturyLink.   Please do not call CenturyLink on your own to try to arrange a connection for the new service.  Do not call CenturyLink for disconnection of the current DSL service as either will lead to confusion, delays and possible additional costs to you the home owner.
