License Plate Recognition (LPR) Cameras have been installed at the front and back entrances. These cameras capture license plates and possible vehicle model coming into the neighborhood. The pictures are stored in the cloud so in the event of a crime we can go back and identify vehicles coming and going on that day. The cameras are also hooked into the St Charles County police department so if they capture the plate of someone on their criminal "hot list" the police are immediately notified.
We have experienced two prolonged power outages this summer. Both were a result of trees falling on and damaging powerlines, poles, and transformers. We contacted Ameren and asked for proactive tree trimming to prevents these type of events in the future. Ameren was receptive and we have the contact information for someone in the Forestry Department. If you know of trees near powerlines that need to be trimmed in our area, please contact a Board Member so we may request Ameren do the trimming.
