Augusta Shores is a gated community with 130 home sites on about 440 acres nestled in between the Missouri River and the rolling vineyards of Augusta wineries. The Augusta Shores Owners Association incorporated in 1997, and is currently home to 100 families. There are 3 stocked lakes, a swimming pool, tennis (pickle-ball) courts, a hiking trail and a pond (stocked with catfish). The Katy Trail is just out our backdoor and Klondike Park is across the street! It’s a charming, rural neighborhood, but only 20 miles from shopping. Augusta Shores has public water and sewers, and the fastest fiber internet speed in the state! It has the serenity of wine country, and the ability to connect with the world. Whether you enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking or an afternoon with your neighbors at a winery, Augusta Shores has it all.
Augusta Shores is an owner-occupied, single-family residence subdivision.
Air-BnB and the like is great for vacations, but “not in our backyard”!
Short-term rentals of any kind are NOT permitted in Augusta Shores.
Augusta Shores is located just outside the township of Augusta, Missouri, just off Highway 94 (12 miles South of highway 40/64 and 11 miles North of highway 47). Community Club House Address: 4503 South Highway 94, Augusta Missouri, 63332
