INTERNET:

The Augusta Shores Internet Service provider  is Brightspeed.   

New August Shores Residents:

New Residents  will need to set up an account, at the following link:   Brightspeed.com/activate

When signing up, it should show the $0 option to choose for the 1 Gig speeds associated with the bulk account number for Account Number -480716534 - for Augusta Shores,  per Bright Speed policy new accounts require a payment method even when the $0 option is selected for security reasons. 

You will not be charged as you are paying for fiber internet services as part of your Augusta Shores Assessment.

All residents of August Shores if you have any service issues, call into the Bright Speed Tech Support at 833-363-2955. If you  are not helped within 10 minutes or less, Email Nicole Vansant  @ Nicole.Vansant@brightspeed.com

Nicole will work with you to resolve, or coordinate with the Brightspeed tech / dispatch team by opening a ticket and progressing remdication as quickly as possible.
