The Recreational Structures Committee is responsible for planning, organizing and providing oversight for the care and maintenance of all recreational structures within Augusta Shores. 

Proper care of the recreational structures enhances the appearance and property values of Augusta Shores and good maintenance practices keep down the cost of future expenditures for repair.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Inspect the Berg House regularly
• Maintain HVAC and utilities 
• Organize efforts to clean and do minor repairs to recreational structures
• Manage major repair efforts 
• Coordinate pool maintenance, including opening and closing of the pool
